50% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourverdre. The vineyards are grassed and treated exclusively organic way, total area is only 15 ha. The wine is ageing about 10-14 months in oak barrels (1/3 new, 1/3 one year old, 1/3 two years old).
