100% Sauvignon blanc, dry, the nose allows notions of lemon to peek through. The palate then comes in with the same lemon freshness that highlights a lovely texture of yeast, lending slight creaminess, and fruity impressions of passion fruit and ripe peach. There is a lovely slenderness and earthy balance at work here. The finish is long, and refreshing.
