Francois Villard, Côte Rôtie, Le Gallet Blanc 2015/2016, 0,75 l

99% Syrah, 1% Viognier. Wine comes from famous apelation Côte Rôtie (burnt hill) which has unique terroir, very steep terrases and lot of sharp sun. The vineyards are spread around Ampuis, ussualy 30years old . The colour is deep ruby, the nose is bit spicy, animal, violets and dark fruit. Taste is earthy, strong, still very complex and harmonious, elegant and long finish..
